- You are actively building or operating a software product or startup
- The information you provide in your application is accurate and truthful
- You have the authority to bind yourself to these terms
2. Membership and Access
Membership in FounderBridge is granted at our sole discretion following application review. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application without stating a reason. Approved membership may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Member Responsibilities
As a member you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information in your profile
- Engage respectfully and professionally with other members

- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times
4. Member Directory and Profile Visibility
Your profile is visible to other approved FounderBridge members. By joining, you consent to this visibility. You may request to have your profile hidden or removed at any time by contacting hello@founderbridge.net. Profiles are never made publicly visible without your explicit consent.
5. Introductions and Matching
FounderBridge facilitates introductions between members based on profile data and our matching algorithm. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any introduction. We are not responsible for any business agreements, disputes, or outcomes arising from member introductions.
6. Newsletter and Communications
By joining FounderBridge, you consent to receive platform-related communications (application status, member updates). Newsletter and Founder Spotlight participation requires separate opt-in consent and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the FounderBridge platform — including design, copy, matching logic, and branding — is owned by FounderBridge and protected by copyright. Member profile content remains the intellectual property of the member. By submitting profile content, you grant FounderBridge a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform and in the newsletter (for opted-in Spotlight features).
8. Disclaimers
FounderBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that introductions will result in business outcomes, that members will respond, or that the platform will be available without interruption. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any introduction facilitated through it.
